I wanted to do this to be healthy and have more energy for my 6 month old son. Having a plan really kept me on track. After seeing that I lost 10 pounds in week one it motivated me to keep going. At the end of weeks  2 and 4 I hit about 3 or 4 days where I stopped losing weight. I kept working harder until I started seeing more results. Weeks 1 , 3 and 5 are the weeks I really dropped a lot of fat. I really enjoyed the program and couldn’t be happier with my results. I went from 213 pounds to 175, feel stronger than ever, fit in my old clothes, have way more energy and have cut back to half my dose on blood pressure medicine. A lot of my friends and family are impressed by my results and are going to try the next challenge. Thanks for everything!!


I joined the challenge because I am someone who has zero willpower or motivation, and needed something to keep me accountable. I used to be a competitive dancer, so was in great shape, but When I quit dancing, I gained a ton of weight.  I was tired of always feeling awful, lethargic, and being overweight and I knew it was time to make a change but needed the push to do so!  This challenge has helped me so much!! I actually love working out, and crave going to the gym. Before the challenge I woke up at least 5-6 times a night, but I am now sleeping like a baby! And all my clothes are loose!! There are too many benefits to list, but I am so grateful for everything I have learned over the last 5 weeks!! Thank you!!


I’d like to start by saying what a life changing experience this challenge has been for me. Prior to this challenge I had very little energy, I was always feeling fatigued throughout the day. By week two of the challenge I had more energy than ever before! This allowed me to be more productive and efficient in all aspects of my life. The challenge was extremely rewarding and helped me recognize my full potential. What I’ve gained from this challenge is more than just what you see. I’ve gained knowledge, confidence, motivation and a platform for a new way of life. I had no idea that this could all be possible in five weeks. What an amazing program! Thank you Paige for putting this all together and providing the opportunity and knowledge to live a healthier and fit lifestyle!


Thank you so much for everything this past month!  You have really helped me establish healthier habits, while expanding my fitness knowledge. I am excited to keep up with these changes to hopefully see more progress! I work in the pharmaceutics industry and how can I promote and sell products for a healthier life if I am not living one myself!? I have noticed a change in the way my clothes fit, have lost about 6 pounds, and overall feel happy and confident within my body! Thank you again for this opportunity!!


I’m a 20 years old student from French Polynesia and this is my story. Since my childhood my family used to tell me “when will you lose weight?” or “stop eating you’re fat enough”…This made the situation worse so I just kept eating again and again until it became a vicious circle. I came to the point where I didn’t accept my boyfriend to look at me, look at my curves or even touch me. So I decided to take the matter into my own hands and this is how it began. I learned about the FIT IN 5 CHALLENGE “THIS IS THE CHANCE TO CHANGE MY LIFE”. The first week was HARD because of my love for food… but it didn’t matter since Paige did not stop to motivate me EVERY WEEKS. I could not let it go for her, my boyfriend, my family and for ME! The challenge helped me to NEVER GIVE UP, to CONTROL MY HUNGER, to FEEL MORE CONFIDENT and mostly to LOVE MY BODY. It gave me so much more than just make me lose weight! This makes me want to continue till MY dream body and in addition I am happy because I am already a source of motivation for people in my country!! You can do it, if I did it I am SURE that EVERYBODY CAN (trust me lol )! I will never forget what you did for me Paige…NEVER! THANK YOU FOR CHANGING MY LIFE Xoxo!


I was looking for a way to jump start losing weight. I gained 35 lbs over 2 years due to some unfortunate and super stressful circumstances including several professional exams, a bad working environment, and putting my dog down.  So I decided, what the hell, I follow Paige on instagram, let’s give this challenge a go. And I’m so happy I did!! This challenge has gotten me back on track to be me again and I can’t thank you enough. I feel confident, my pants are buttoning again, I started dating again. Everyone tells me they can see such a difference not only in my body but also my attitude.   I’m turning 30 on Thursday and I’m ready – bring it on!!


First off I just wanted to say thank you for putting this challenge. I can only imagine how much time and effort it took to put all this together! That first week was truly a test because, I had never followed a strict diet like that before. After that first day it was a grind each and every day but it was a grind I enjoyed because I knew there was others out there working just as hard. I hate to lose and be out worked. That’s the type of person I’ve been all my life. Especially when I was involved with my college sports. This challenge has helped in a way that now I know what it takes to reach a fitness goal. For so long I thought I knew, but it wasn’t until i followed this plan and started to see results where I really found out. I will 100% take this knowledge you have given me and use it every day! I never want to go back how I was. I want to get better & better every day and who knows, maybe strive go be a part of a fitness team! After this challenge I can really see myself pursuing that! Thank you once again, Paige you truly are the best!


I have to say this challenge has changed me in so many ways. First off my confidence has been boosted on so many levels. Physically how I have changed and second mentally that I got threw one of the hardest and most rewarding experiences. The amount of information that Paige gives you threw out the challenge and how she is actually there training you threw it is just amazing. Also I have truly learned what my body likes and doesn’t like. Learning to weigh out my food  has become a healthy habit of mine all because of this challenge! Thank you Paige!!!


In those short 5 weeks I lost a total of 15 pounds and many inches around my body. I’ve lost an additional 8 pounds since the end of the challenge and couldn’t be happier with the results. Unlike every other plan I’ve tried in the past this is one that I can happily say is sticking and I’m happy to make this my new lifestyle! The weight loss is amazing, but being able to have my willpower and motivation back is priceless. I can’t thank Paige enough for all of her help in my weight loss journey and I will forever be one of her biggest fans!!!


As a recent college transfer student, I knew it was gonna be hard to stay in shape and eat healthy while away from home, so I signed up for the Fit in 5 challenge and got more than I ever imagined. This challenge changed my whole lifestyle and I could never go back, only continuing on forward from here! I decided to do the Fit In 5 because I had fallen into the worst shape of my life and saw an opportunity to get back in shape while also possibly earning some money. As an ex athlete I have always been in shape, but after my last game in college that quickly changed. I stopped working out at all hardly and got very out of shape. This challenge motivated me to get back into the shape I used to be in and has made me feel good about myself again. The diet and workout provided by Paige worked wonders for me and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Thanks Paige!


My experience with Paige has been amazing. This has flipped my world over in so many goods ways. Paige made sure I accomplished all my original goals in just a short time (9 months). I am healthier, physically and mentally more then I have ever been in my life. From the different types of work outs to help grow muscles throughout my body, to a special diet plan that helped fight and burn fat and keep healthy at the same time has been on point. Any random questions or concerns were easily answered through email throughout the weeks. It has been a challenge every step of the way but was 100% worth it. O.K. I want to start by saying it has been a long time that I have committed to anything that required physical discipline. I am impressed with my gains and will continue to dedicating time to this journey..

I was looking for a change, and the Fitin5, was one of the best things that I ever found. During the program I decided not only to change my habits, but change the habits of my whole family. My oldest soon started to practice Jiu Jitsu with me, my youngest start to practice Judo, and my wife went to the gym as well. We removed junk foods from our diet and started to eat healthy. Everything changed in my home. Thank you Paige!!!


I was very hesitate about doing an online challenge and possibly exposing myself to the world. I appeared skinny and went to the gym on occasion when it was convenient for me. That may have been once a week or so. I married in August of 2015 and got in decent shape just for that day. Since that moment fast food, candy and especially beer were routine for me. I inquired about the challenge in April and put it off until I finally grew the nerve in November 2016 to put health first. I wanted to show my oldest son (9) that if you give everything you have to something anything can be achieved. This challenge and you have helped me see what a healthy lifestyle and some accountability can do for an average guy. I am the celebrity to my kids and my wife believed I would make the top 10 and possibly win the moment she took my final pictures and I can’t thank her enough. Thank you Paige for bringing a healthy living back into our lives!!


I’ve followed Paige on Instagram & seen the amazing transformations from her #Fitin5. I thought about signing up many times but it wasn’t until November that I finally took the step! When signing up, I never expected to make the top10. I thought to myself there are so many people that get abs & have amazing bodies there’s no way it will be me! I was ECSTATIC to find out I made the top 5!! But then came the criticism for putting my body out there. I saw numerous comments about “#10” got a tummy tuck & “#10” is not real or that can’t happen in 5weeks. Well I’m here to tell you IT CAN!


Being a hairdresser and having to be on your feet all day (most days without a break), it’s hard to find that motivation to come home and train. Paige’s fit in 5 weeks challenge not only shed kilos/pounds off me, it EDUCATED me! I have never felt better physically and most of all mentally:) Thanks Paige!
